Dermott Glackin of Chestnut Hill was last seen on Monday, February 23, 2004 , at 6:00 PM . He was wearing a greenish brown coat and a black tweed cap. He is 86 years old, slender build, and stands 6'2” tall. He suffers from Vascular Dementia and needs daily medication. He left his home on Ardleigh Street on foot, and may have become confused and lost his way.
